Limited Warranties.
This warranty applies to NEW spas only.
One year spa shell, warrants against water loss due to defects in the spa shell from the original date of purchase.
One year spa surface, warrants against the surface of the hot tub to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original date of purchase.
One year electrical equipment components,(specifically the pumps, heater, and control system) warrants against malfunctions due to defects in workmanship or materials for one year from the original date of purchase.
Warranty covers parts and labour, however, a call out charge (price subject to location) will be payable except beyond the first 28 days from installation.
All other factory installed components, including the spa ozone, speakers and jets, are warranted against malfunction due to defects in workmanship or materials for one year from the date of purchase.In the unlikely event that a part breaksdown then simply phone us 0800 999 8707 and we will arrange for the relevant part to be sent out to you.
Other components Filter cartridges, spa pillows, covers, stairs are not included in this warranty.
This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, incorrect assembly, improper and irregular maintenance or accident or collision.
Examples include, but are not limited to; Damage of surface due to leaving the spa uncovered or due to covering the spa with something other than a Value Spas authorised cover.
Damage to the surface due to contact with unapproved cleaners or solvents. Damaged caused by operation of water temperature outside of the approved 26C -40c levels. Damage caused by unapproved sanitizers such as calcium hypochlorite, sodium hypochlorite,“tri-chlor”type chlorine or sanitizing chemical that remain undisclosed on the spa surface. Damage due to dirty, clogged or calcified filter cartridge. Damage caused by failure to provide an even, sufficient support of spa. Damage caused by lowwater level.
PLEASE NOTE THAT LOW WATER LEVEL OR BLOCKED FILTERS ARE THE TWO MAIN CAUSES OF ISSUES WITH HOT TUBS. EITHER OF THESE CAN CAUSE THE SYSTEM TO RUN DRY AND RISK BURNING OUT THE PUMP OR HEATER
This warranty applies to USED spas only.
Electrical Equipment and Plumbing - 90 days
Tubstore Leisure Ltd T/A Value Spas warrant all major spa components – specifically, the pumps, the heater, air blower and the control system – against malfunction arising from defects in materials and workmanship, for a period of 90 days to the customer. Includes replacement of component or parts necessary for repair and labour cost. Leaks from pump unions are expressly excluded from the warranty.
Performance
The customer must report any discovered fault to Tubstore Leisure Ltd T/A Value Spas within 10 days. A Tubstore Leisure Ltd T/A Value Spasrepresentative will then diagnose the fault over the telephone and may suggest many possible solutions for the customer to attempt. If after these suggestions fail to resolve the fault, Tubstore Leisure Ltd T/A Value Spas will then send out an engineer. If an engineer is sent out, payment of a call out/travel charge will be required from the customer if beyond 30 days from delivery date. Payment of the call out/travel charge is necessary before an engineer will be sent out. If the engineer determines that any fault is not covered under this warranty, the customer will be solely responsible for the cost of any parts and the engineers onsite labour charge.
Exclusions
Part-exchange hot tubs are limited to a 28 day warranty from date of delivery. All warranties hereunder are void if the spa has been subject to chemical misuse or chemical imbalances, alterations or modifications not authorised by Tubstore Leisure Ltd T/A Value Spas, attempts to repair the spa not authorised by Tubstore Leisure Ltd T/A Value Spas, incorrect use of the spa including but not limited to running the spa dry or filling the spa up incorrectly, electrical installation by a non- qualified electrician, ice in the spa, incorrect winter preparation, or commercial use. No part of the spa is warranted against chemical damage. This includes but is not limited to deposits of limescale on the spa shell or on spa components. Correct chemical use is the sole responsibility of the customer.
This warranty does not cover damage arising from the use of unauthorised sanitisers such as tri- chlor, acids, calcium hypochlorite, sodium hypochlorite, peroxides, any sanitizing chemical that may remain undissolved on the spa surface.
This used spa warranty does not cover, filter, headrests, covers, jets, spa shell or spa structure.
Disclaimer
Tubstore Leisure Ltd T/A Value Spas will not be liable for loss of use of the spa, or any incidental expenses incurred because of the repair or replacement of the electrical equipment and plumbing. This includes but is not limited to permanent decking or surroundings, flooring, any other fixtures, chemical loss, water loss or filter loss.
All warranties apply from the date the spa is delivered to the customer.
